loop4ever is a musical narrative musical video game that explores repetition as a tool for constructing identity and emotional bonds. Set in a strange world with even stranger beings, the players are the protagonists of a story told through repetitive situations that expand and change as their relationship progresses with the characters in this world, who will be very important in the protagonist’s progression, offering new ways of playing loop4ever and understanding this videogame.
Rubén Sánchez Salas
Rubén Sánchez Salas is an artist and music producer from Barcelona with a Degree in Fine Arts (UB) and a Master in Audiovisual Innovation and Interactive Environments (BAU). His artistic practice focuses on digital media, including media such as video games and DIY electronics, linked to music and the creation of a personal imaginary through characters. He recently participated in Tomeduchi, an electronic project presented at Llum BCN 2024 that employs electronics to bring floating jellyfish to life with 8-bit and Tamagotchi references, as well as at Sónar+D 2024.
